At L'AVANT Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable cleaning essentials. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original L'AVANT packaging.
Package and Ship
Ensure all glass bottles and liquids are securely packed to prevent breakage during transit, then drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a small restocking fee, within 7-10 business days.
